Die gesamte Kunststoffschaum-Pelletierlinie enth\u00e4lt mehrere Schl\u00fcsselmaschinen, darunter haupts\u00e4chlich einen Styroporzerkleinerer, einen Schaumstoffgranulator und eine Kunststoffpellet-Schneidemaschine. Als N\u00e4chstes stellen wir den Recyclingprozess f\u00fcr EPS-EPE-Schaumstoff und die zugeh\u00f6rigen Styropor-Recyclingmaschinen im Detail vor.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schaumpelletierungsprozess<\/h2>    <p class=\"translation-block\">Aufgrund der Unterschiede in den Materialeigenschaften variieren die Pelletisierungsprozesse f\u00fcr EPS- und EPE-Schaum. F\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dferen EPS-Schaum muss dieser zun\u00e4chst mit einem EPS-Schaumzerkleinerer in kleinere St\u00fccke zerkleinert werden, bevor er in die <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/de\/eps-pelletizing-machine\/\">EPS-Pelletisierungsmaschine<\/a><\/strong> gegeben wird, wo er geschmolzen und zu langen Str\u00e4ngen extrudiert wird. Kunststoffschaumzerkleinerer k\u00f6nnen dazu beitragen, die Effizienz der Wiederverwendung zu steigern, indem sie den Schaum in kleinere Partikel zerkleinern.
