Die Produktionslinie umfasst normalerweise eine Reihe mechanischer Ger\u00e4te zum Reinigen, Zerkleinern, Schmelzen, Extrudieren und Granulieren von Kunststofffolien. Durch diesen Prozess werden Kunststofffolienabf\u00e4lle effektiv in wiederverwendbare Rohstoffe umgewandelt, wodurch die Umweltbelastung verringert und Ressourcen geschont werden.<\/p>    <p>Die Leistung unserer Kunststofffolien-Recyclinganlagen liegt in der Regel zwischen 100 kg\/h und 500 kg\/h und die spezifische Leistung kann je nach Kundenwunsch angepasst werden. Durch diese Anpassbarkeit kann die Linie an unterschiedliche Produktionsma\u00dfst\u00e4be und Anforderungen angepasst werden, um den Bed\u00fcrfnissen verschiedener Kunden gerecht zu werden.<\/p> den f\u00fcr die Pelletierlinie f\u00fcr PP-PE-Folien ben\u00f6tigten Rohstoffen geh\u00f6ren alle Arten von Kunststoffabf\u00e4llen, wie z. B. Kunststofffolien, PP-Gewebes\u00e4cke, Zements\u00e4cke, landwirtschaftliche Gew\u00e4chshausfolien, industrielle Verpackungsfolien, Schrumpffolien, Wickelfolien, M\u00fclls\u00e4cke und Luftpolsterfolien Filme usw. Nach dem Zerkleinern, Reinigen und Pelletieren k\u00f6nnen diese Kunststoffabfallprodukte in Kunststoffgranulat umgewandelt werden, das zur erneuten Herstellung von Kunststoffprodukten verwendet
