Um die Recyclingquote von Schaumstoff zu verbessern, bestellte der Kunde in Suriname bei unserem Unternehmen zwei Schaumstoffgranulatoren, die f\u00fcr das EPE- bzw. EPS-Schaumrecycling eingesetzt werden.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projekt\u00fcbersicht<\/h2>    <p>Der Kunde in Suriname ist haupts\u00e4chlich im Schaumstoffrecyclinggesch\u00e4ft t\u00e4tig und f\u00fcr die beiden unterschiedlichen Materialien EPE- und EPS-Schaum bestellte der Kunde bei uns folgende Ausr\u00fcstung:<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Zwei Schaumgranulatoren: f\u00fcr EPE- und EPS-Materialien mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von jeweils 150\u2013200 kg\/h;<\/li>    <li>Eins <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/de\/eps-foam-shredder\/\">Styropor-Zerkleinerer<\/a><\/strong>: Mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von 200 kg\/h ist es speziell daf\u00fcr konzipiert, EPS-Schaum in kleine St\u00fccke f\u00fcr die anschlie\u00dfende Granulierung zu zerkleinern;<\/li>    <li>Zwei K\u00fchltanks und zwei Pelletschneider: dienen zur Vervollst\u00e4ndigung des K\u00fchlformens und Schneidens von Pellets zu einer kompletten Produktionslinie.<\/li> <\/ul>    <figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"> <figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"540\" data-id=\"3894\" src=\"https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/EPE-pelletizing-machine.webp\" alt=\"EPE-Granuliermaschine\" class=\"wp-image-3894\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/EPE-pelletizing-machine.webp 720w, https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/EPE-pelletizing-machine-480x360.webp 480w, https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/EPE-pelletizing-machine-150x113.webp 150w, https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/EPE-pelletizing-machine-16x12.webp 16w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">EPE-Granuliermaschine<\/figcaption><\/figure>    <figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"540\" data-id=\"3884\" src=\"https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/plastic-foam-granulator-shipped-to-Suriname.webp\" alt=\"Kunststoffschaumgranulator nach Suriname verschifft\" class=\"wp-image-3884\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/plastic-foam-granulator-shipped-to-Suriname.webp 720w, https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/plastic-foam-granulator-shipped-to-Suriname-480x360.webp 480w, https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/plastic-foam-granulator-shipped-to-Suriname-150x113.webp 150w, https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/plastic-foam-granulator-shipped-to-Suriname-16x12.webp 16w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">EPS-Granulator<\/figcaption><\/figure> <\/figure>    <p><\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EPE- und EPS-Materialunterschied und Granulierungsprozess<\/h2>    <p>Obwohl es sich sowohl bei EPE als auch bei EPS um Schaumstoffe handelt, unterscheiden sie sich deutlich in Material und Verarbeitung.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EPE-Schaum (expandiertes Polyethylen)<\/h3>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Das Material ist weich, mit guter Z\u00e4higkeit und Elastizit\u00e4t.<\/li>    <li>EPE muss nicht im Voraus zerkleinert werden, sondern kann zur Schmelzextrusionsgranulierung direkt in den Schaumgranulator gegeben werden, der Prozess ist relativ einfach.<\/li> <\/ul>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EPS-Schaum (expandiertes Polystyrol)<\/h3>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Das Material ist spr\u00f6de, hat eine geringe Dichte und ist leicht zu brechen.<\/li>    <li>EPS muss zuerst mit einem EPS-Schaumbrecher in kleine St\u00fccke zerkleinert und dann in den Schaumgranulator gegeben werden, um es zu schmelzen und zu Granulat zu extrudieren.<\/li> <\/ul>    <figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\"> <iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"EPE EPS-Pelletiermaschine: Vom Abfallschaum zu recycelten Pellets\" width=\"720\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KpRPjU7u1Ng?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe> <\/div><\/figure>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wirksamkeit der Projektumsetzung<\/h2>    <p class=\"translation-block\">Durch dieses Projekt kann der Kunde in Suriname nicht nur eine effektive Wiederverwertung von <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Expanded_polyethylene\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">EPE<\/a> und EPS-Schaum erreichen, sondern auch hochwertige recycelte Pellets produzieren.
