Dieser Fall stammt von einem unserer bhutanischen Kunden, der seit Jahren eine lokale Kunststoffrecyclingfabrik betreibt und in diesem Jahr sein Gesch\u00e4ft durch die Erweiterung um PET-Flaschenrecycling und Pelletierung ausbauen m\u00f6chte. Nach mehreren Runden detaillierter Kommunikation mit unserem Verkaufsleiter Sunny haben wir eine vollst\u00e4ndige L\u00f6sung ma\u00dfgeschneidert, die den gesamten Prozess von Abfall-PET-Flaschen bis zu PET-Pellets abdeckt. Mit der Verbesserung des lokalen Recyclingsystems und der steigenden Marktnachfrage nach recyceltem PET-Granulat plante der Kunde die Einf\u00fchrung einer <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shuliyrm.com\/de\/pet-bottle-recycling-plant\/\">PET-Flaschenrecyclinganlage<\/a><\/strong>. Sie bestand aus zwei Hauptsystemen:<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">500 kg\/h PET-Flaschenreinigungsanlage<\/h3>    <p>Dazu geh\u00f6ren F\u00f6rderb\u00e4nder, Etikettenentferner, Zerkleinerer, Reibungsw\u00e4scher, Hei\u00dfwaschbeh\u00e4lter, Luftabscheidungssystem, Entw\u00e4sserungsmaschine und eine vollst\u00e4ndige F\u00f6rderbandanlage. Alle Ger\u00e4te wurden termingerecht hergestellt, gefolgt von vollst\u00e4ndigen Testl\u00e4ufen, einschlie\u00dflich:<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Wartungstests der Reinigungsanlage<\/li>    <li>Temperaturkontrolle, Pelletierung und Ausgangstests f\u00fcr die Pelletieranlage<\/li>    <li>Integration von F\u00f6rderband- und Steuerungssystemen<\/li> <\/ul>    <p class=\"translation-block\">Alle Ergebnisse erf\u00fcllten die erforderlichen Standards. <li>Inbetriebnahme der Produktionslinie<\/li>    <li>Schulung lokaler Bediener<\/li> <\/ul>    <p>Mit enger Zusammenarbeit beider Seiten ist die PET-Recycling- und Pelletieranlage jetzt
