Our charcoal wheel grinding mill is an auxiliary machine used for mixing, grinding, and compacting charcoal powder before it enters a charcoal forming machine. Also known as a charcoal powder grinding and mixing machine, it is mainly used to prepare charcoal powder and binder for subsequent briquetting or molding.
Compared with an ordinary mixer, the charcoal wheel grinder is equipped with a pair of grinding wheels. While the wheels roll through the material, they mix the charcoal powder and binder and apply pressure to the material at the same time. This combination of mixing, grinding, and pressing helps prepare the material for further forming.
What Is a Charcoal Wheel Grinding Mill?
The charcoal wheel grinding mill has a structure similar to a flat-bottom mixing machine, but its working chamber is equipped with heavy grinding wheels.
The grinding wheels continuously roll over the material during operation. This creates a combination of mixing, grinding, and compression.
The machine can be used to process charcoal powder together with water and binder. If relatively large charcoal particles are mixed into the powder, the grinding wheels can also crush and grind these particles during the mixing process.
