R\u00e9cemment, nous avons personnalis\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s un plan complet de recyclage de pneus pour un client d'Australie qui n\u00e9cessitait le traitement de pneus de voiture particuli\u00e8re et de camion avec un diam\u00e8tre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1200mm en blocs de moins de 10cm.<\/p>    <p>Ce projet est un exemple typique de la fa\u00e7on dont nous concevons une solution en fonction des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques du client, de la taille des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res \u00e0 la sp\u00e9cification de la production finale et aux exigences de capacit\u00e9.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exigences du client : objectifs clairs pour la taille et la production des pneus<\/h2>    <p>Notre client australien avait besoin de traiter :<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Type de pneu : pneus de voiture particuli\u00e8re et de camion<\/li>    <li>Diam\u00e8tre du pneu : \u22641200mm<\/li>    <li>Taille de sortie finale : blocs de caoutchouc \u226410cm<\/li>    <li>Capacit\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue : 5\u20136 tonnes par heure<\/li>    <li>Exigence de tension : 415V, 50HZ, triphas\u00e9<\/li> <\/ul>    <p>Avant de passer la commande, le client a visit\u00e9 notre usine pour une inspection sur site, a discut\u00e9 des d\u00e9tails techniques en face-\u00e0-face, et a confirm\u00e9 la configuration finale apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 la structure de la machine et le processus de production.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution personnalis\u00e9e de machine de traitement de pneus<\/h2>    <p>Apr\u00e8s une communication d\u00e9taill\u00e9e, notre responsable des ventes Sunny a recommand\u00e9 une configuration de ligne compl\u00e8te :<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
