PET plastik geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm makinemiz G\u00fcney Sudan'da ba\u015far\u0131yla kuruldu. \u015ei\u015felenmi\u015f ar\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f su ve bira \u00fcretiminde uzmanla\u015fan G\u00fcney Sudan'daki m\u00fc\u015fteri, \u00e7ok say\u0131da son kullanma tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015f PET \u015fi\u015fe ve at\u0131k \u015fi\u015fenin imha edilmesi sorunuyla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131. <\/p>    <p>At\u0131k \u015fi\u015fe birikimini azaltmak ve bu kaynaklar\u0131 verimli bir \u015fekilde kullanmak i\u00e7in m\u00fc\u015fteri, at\u0131k PET \u015fi\u015feleri geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeye ve bunlar\u0131 \u015fi\u015fe \u00fcfleme \u00fcretiminde yeniden kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f re\u00e7ineye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeye karar verdi. M\u00fc\u015fterinin gereksinimlerine dayanarak, y\u0131kama ve gran\u00fclleme dahil olmak \u00fczere kapsaml\u0131 bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm tasarlad\u0131k. Belirli geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcreci \u015fu \u015fekildedir:<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li><strong>Y\u0131kama<\/strong>: \u00d6ncelikle at\u0131lan PET \u015fi\u015felerin etiketi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r, ezilir ve \u015fi\u015felerdeki etiket, kir ve di\u011fer yabanc\u0131 maddelerin uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in temizlenir. Temizlendikten sonra PET \u015fi\u015fe pullar\u0131 temizdir ve daha sonraki i\u015flemlere uygundur.<\/li>    <li><strong>Peletleme<\/strong>: PET \u015fi\u015fe pullar\u0131 y\u0131kand\u0131ktan sonra peletleme makinesine girecek ve eritme ve ekstr\u00fczyon i\u015flemleriyle son olarak geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f re\u00e7ine peletlerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek.
