- 撕碎：首先将废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料撕碎并切成小块，以便随后熔化。
- 加热和熔化：破碎的泡沫被送入 EPS 泡沫熔化机的加热区，该加热区配备有加热元件，可将塑料加热至熔化温度。在高温下，泡沫软化并逐渐融化成流动的熔体。
- 挤出：将熔化的泡沫送入EPS热熔回收机的挤出部分。在挤出过程中，熔体被压力推入挤出头，形成块体。
