We are pleased to share a good news! The plastic waste machine we previously sent to Oman has been successfully installed with the on-site assistance of our engineers. The plant is designed to process hard plastics, especially to convert plastic waste into high quality recycled plastic pellets.
System Components: Crushing, Washing and Granulating
The plastic waste machine we offer our customers is divided into two main sections: the crushing and washing section, and the pelletizing section. The main function of the crushing and cleaning section is to crush the plastic scrap into small pieces and wash them thoroughly to remove any impurities and ensure that the material is ready for the next step of processing. After washing, the plastic is fed into the granulation section where it is processed into uniform plastic pellets. These pellets can be reused to make new plastic products.
Ensure Smooth Installation And Operation of The Plastic Waste Machine
To ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, we sent our engineers to the customer’s factory to assist in the on-site installation. During the installation process, our engineers worked closely with the customer to commission and test the waste recycling machine to ensure that everything was running correctly. After careful installation and commissioning, our team ensured that the equipment performed optimally.
Successful Operation And Customer Satisfaction
After installation and commissioning, the plant has been successfully commissioned and the customer is now able to process plastic waste into high quality recycled plastic pellets. The customer is satisfied with the performance of the plant and the support we have provided.
