The working principle of the PET bottle bale breaker is relatively simple and efficient. First, the bundled plastic blocks are fed into the inlet of the bale opener. Then, the opener feeds the plastic pieces into the cutting area through a series of drives. Sharp blades cut the ropes and then break up the plastic pieces. The broken-up plastic is conveyed onto a conveyor belt and passes smoothly through the belt to the next processing stage, such as crushing and washing.
