In this case, a plastic granules manufacturing plant was successfully installed and put into operation for a customer in Zambia, focusing on processing HDPE crushed materials at a capacity of 300 kg/h. After commissioning, the customer shared positive feedback along with on-site operation videos, confirming stable performance and consistent output quality.

Usuli wa Mradi
The Zambian customer is engaged in plastic recycling and aimed to further utilize locally collected HDPE waste. The raw material mainly consists of pre-crushed HDPE flakes, which require proper cleaning, drying, and reprocessing into reusable plastic granules.
To meet this requirement, our team communicated closely with the customer to understand the material condition, production expectations, and local working environment. Based on these details, we provided a complete and practical solution.
Raw Material: HDPE Crushed Flakes
The customer processes HDPE rigid plastic waste that has already been crushed into flakes. However, due to contamination such as dirt and impurities, a full cleaning and drying process is necessary before pelletizing.

Plastic Granules Manufacturing Plant Configuration
The complete plastic granules manufacturing plant supplied to the customer includes the following main equipment:
1. Washing and Drying System
This part is used to remove dirt, labels, and other impurities from the HDPE flakes. After washing, the material is thoroughly dried to ensure stable feeding into the pelletizing system.

2. Plastic Pelletizing Machine
The cleaned HDPE flakes are melted and extruded through the pelletizing machine. The system is designed for stable operation and uniform melting, suitable for continuous production.

3. Cooling Water Tank and Pellet Cutting Machine
After extrusion, the plastic strands enter a cooling water tank, where they are quickly cooled and solidified to maintain proper shape for cutting.
The cooled plastic strands are then cut into uniform granules, ready for storage or resale.

Operation Feedback from the Customer
After installation and commissioning, the plastic granules manufacturing plant has been running smoothly at the customer’s site. The processing capacity reaches approximately 300 kg/h as expected.
According to the feedback video provided:
- The production line runs steadily
- The granules are uniform in size
- The overall process is easy to operate and maintain
This confirms that the solution meets the customer’s actual production needs.
