This Nigerian customer was already running a PET bottle washing line and the plan was to add a friction washing machine to his line. Therefore, the customer had special requirements for this machine. We had to make sure that the machine would fit perfectly into the customer’s existing line. Therefore, the height of the PET flakes friction washer, the size of the discharge opening, and the appearance of the machine needed to be specifically customized to meet the customer’s needs.
