SL-800 Plastic Grinder Machine: Tailor-Made

To meet the demand of Somali customers for production capacity, we customized the SL-800 model recycling shredder machine for them, with a production capacity of 700-800kg/h. This model is equipped with a 35hp diesel engine, which is powerful and can efficiently process hard plastics.

At the same time, according to the customer’s material characteristics, we are equipped with a 60Si2Mn material blade, blade size 400*100*16mm, with good wear resistance, which can ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Customer Site Acceptance

After the production of the machine was completed, the Somali customer personally went to our factory for on-site acceptance. During the acceptance process, we showed and tested the performance of the SL-800 plastic grinder machine in detail. From starting, and running to stopping, the equipment runs smoothly with low noise and excellent crushing effect. Customers are very satisfied with the performance of the equipment.
