Recently, a customer in Cyprus shared a video of the egg tray manufacturing machine purchased from Shuliy Machinery. The equipment was running in the factory, and the production line had successfully entered operation.

The customer’s feedback gave us an opportunity to share the progress of this project, from equipment selection to actual egg tray production.

One Project, Multiple Production Stages

The supplied configuration includes:

• Pulping machine and pulp preparation system: Prepare waste paper into pulp for molding.
• Egg tray forming machine: Shape the prepared pulp into egg trays.
• Two drying rooms: Dry the formed trays before they are collected and handled further.
• Auxiliary equipment: Support the overall production process.

Each section has its own role, and the equipment needs to work together to support the customer’s production requirements.

Designed for 2,500–3,000 Egg Trays per Hour

For this project, the customer selected an egg tray molding machine with a rated capacity of 2,500–3,000 pcs/h.

This capacity provides a reference for planning production, but the actual output also depends on factors such as pulp consistency, mold configuration, drying conditions, and operating arrangements.

That is why we consider the complete production setup when helping customers select equipment, rather than focusing on the forming machine alone.

What Matters After the Egg Tray Manufacturing Machine Starts Running?

Purchasing egg tray manufacturing machine is only one part of a production project. Installation, commissioning, and actual operation are equally important.

In this Cyprus case, the line was installed and adjusted before entering production. The customer subsequently sent us a video showing the equipment running at the factory and the finished egg trays.
