EPS hot melting recycling machine is a kind of equipment used to process Styrofoam. EPS Hot Melting Recycling Machine Working Principle
- Shredding: Waste Styrofoam is first shredded and cut into small pieces for subsequent melting.
- Heating and Melting: The crushed foam is fed into the heating zone of the EPS foam melting machine, which is equipped with heating elements that heat the plastic to its melting temperature. At high temperatures, the foam softens and gradually melts into a flowing melt.
- Extrusion: The melted foam is fed into the extrusion section of the EPS hot melting recycling machine. During the extrusion process, the melt is pushed by pressure into the extrusion head to form a block.
