What Is A Hydraulic Die Head?

The hydraulic die head of a plastic scrap granulator is one of the key components in the production process of plastic pellets. Controlled by the hydraulic system, the hydraulic die head can press and shape the plastic raw material accurately to ensure the size and shape of the finished pellets.

The design of the hydraulic double die head allows for non-stop screen changing during production, i.e. changing the screen size while the machine is running without stopping the machine. This feature greatly improves production continuity and efficiency, saving production time.
