Shuliy Machinery’s PET bottle recycling project in Nigeria has made new progress, a PET flakes washing line has been successfully installed. During the installation process, our engineers were on site to provide full support to ensure any problems during the installation were solved in time. Through communication with the customer, we learned that they were planning to set up a local plastic recycling processing plant and had already collected a large number of unlabeled PET bottles, so there was no need to equip a label remover machine. Based on this need, we streamlined the production process and provided a targeted solution. The final equipment exported included a plastic bottle shredder machine, a sink float separation tank, several screw conveyors, and a horizontal dryer.
